Terms of Use

By using MyShot you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — do not create accounts to abuse free credits or to evade a block or a ban.

Acceptable use — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on MyShot. You must not use the app to:

harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone;
send sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content;
impersonate another person or business;
send spam, scams or unsolicited advertising;
upload photos you don't have the right to use, or photos of people who have not agreed to be searchable;
upload content involving minors in any unsafe or sexualised way;
attempt to identify, locate or track someone without their consent.

We review every report. Accounts that break these rules are removed, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Reporting and blocking

In any chat, tap the menu (⋮) in the top right to block or report the other person. Blocking closes the conversation for both sides and stops further messages; you can unblock at any time. We aim to review every report within 24 hours and will remove content or accounts where needed. You can also email myshot.help@gmail.com.

Photographers and photos

If you connect a Google Drive folder, you confirm that you have the right to process those photos and that the people in them have agreed to face search. You remain responsible for your own client relationships, delivery commitments and any refunds you owe your clients.

Payments and subscriptions

Event processing is charged per event, based on the number of photos in the connected folder. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.

MyShot Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited guest messaging and the full profile-viewer list.

On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's terms also apply.
On Android and the web, payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is non-refundable.

Service availability

MyShot is provided as-is. Face recognition is not perfect and results vary with photo quality, lighting and angles — we don't guarantee that every photo of you will be found. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the menu inside the app, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
